We’re going to start again! The Goldener Anker is coming back to life. The focus is on good food, a friendly bar, and charming outdoor spaces such as a hidden courtyard with a view of the Jungfrau. Events will enliven the stage. The restaurant sees itself as an informal meeting place in Interlaken, a creative mix of urban and rural styles, a hotspot of hospitality.
