Highly recommended

I couldn't say enough about this hotel.
Starting with the location, it is unbeatable. It is right next to the train /bus station- Interlaken West. Very central to all attractions, shops, cafes, supermarkets.
The staff is very attentive, helpful, generous and thank you so much for such a great hospitality and comprehensive information.
The room was spacious and sparkling clean. I really like the room here. Well-equipped and all facilities you need are there. Even though there is no restaurant but the breakfast room was absolutely amazing. Various selection of food and drink. I can say this is the best stay of my trip in Switzerland. Hidden gem and highly recommended.

Couldn't be more satisfied. If you're looking for an affordable option to stay in Interlaken and discover the area this is the best hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and very nice and the breakfast is so good. Not to mention its location which is just next to Interlaken west where you can have access to the public transport. Special thanks to Jérome who provided us with great service and help.
